Breathwork
DRB vs. RRB
There are similarities in the types of experiences you may have during each breathwork session although there are some key differences between these two modalities.
Dynamic Reconnection Breathwork is a more intense method, where the breathing method itself along with the music are intensified, ultimately designed to take you on a potentially deep and profound journey. There are several contraindications to be aware of before participating in a DRB session, so it may not be suitable for everyone.
Restorative Reconnection Breathwork on the other hand is a very gentle method, which is designed to restore and replenish your nervous system. It is often a gentler journey and there are no contraindications to be aware of so it may be a suitable option.
Both 1:1 sessions and group workshops are offered for both modalities. 1:1 sessions and workshops may be held either in-person or online. Be sure to check out the workshops page for more information on current workshops.
1:1 vs. Workshop
A 1:1 session may be what you are looking for if you are looking for a personal experience completely focused on you. This may be a good option if you feel more comfortable journeying and sharing about your experience in a private setting. On another note, you can book your 1:1 session on your own time unlike the group workshops.
Working in a group setting is very different, yet just as powerful. In a group workshop, we are all holding sacred space and supporting each other as a collective group along the journey.
